Registering a node to in XOAP is fairly simple.

Create a new Group in Configuration Management by clicking on the plus then click on the gear icon in order to download and execute the script on the nodes of your choice.

Or deploy the script to every node that registers in your Microsoft Endpoint Manager environment.
