These are the tools we use to communicate within the team and all the developers around the globe.

Microsoft Teams

We use Microsoft Teams for uncomplicated and fast communication, documentation, video conferences and training.

We created sub-channels for different topics and assigned document libraries, OneNote notebooks and Azure DevOps and GitHub integrations.

Whenever someone runs a pipeline or changes a work item a notification is thrown for the specific channel.

Microsoft OneNote

We use OneNote to be able to work on project specifications and to document content from Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives and Sprint Planning.

Azure DevOps Boards

This is our main Scrum planning tool where we device implementation tasks into Epics, Features, Stories, Tasks and Bugs. We also adjusted the standard Agile process to our own needs.
