To invite additional users to your Workspace click on the Name of your Workspace on the Dashboard.

Switch to the Users tab and click on the Add User button.

You can add a user to specific modules or to all modules. Click on the Send invite button to add the user.

Or you can add a user as administrator with access to everything. Click on the Send invite button to add the administrator.

When a user is added, the user will receive an email with a link to register and to access the Workspace.

When the user already has a my.xoap.io account, the user will receive an email with a link to access the Workspace.
